Desert Medical Plaza Improvements

On the campus of the Banner Desert Samaritan Hospital in Mesa. Construction of four new entries to existing medical office buildings, new building access sidewalks, ramps and stairs, landscape improvements and re-paving of three parking lots.

The entire project was constructed as an occupied remodel with close coordination between property management and S.A.B. throughout construction to ensure that the buildings remained completely accessible during construction with minimum disturbance to tenants and patients.
