A new 21,000 sf community center building for Pulte Homes. The project was built on the side of a mountain in North Phoenix and included numerous signature architectural elements including board-formed concrete walls, extensive curtainwall glazing, a 40-foot rock climbing wall, rusted steel structural and site elements, double-radius roof system, exposed ceilings, custom millwork, architectural lighting package, and intensive site work improvements (retaining walls, shade structures, landscape and irrigation, hardscape and parking lots).
